Old Fashioned Cream Sponge Cake

2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup of cream
1 tsp vanilla or 1 tsp lemon extract
1 Tbsp.Yellow Color

Beat 1 cup sugar with 2 eggs; add salt. Add cream & flour mixture alternately. Add vanilla or lemon. Add yellow coloring. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
